Unauthorised use of the LIGHTNING ARNIS™ trademark, or any confusingly similar name, logo, branding, or representation, in connection with martial arts instruction, training, events, merchandise, advertising, or any related goods or services is strictly prohibited.

No person or organisation may use the LIGHTNING ARNIS™ trademark without the express written permission of the trademark owner. This includes, but is not limited to:
 

• Using the LIGHTNING ARNIS™ name or logo in business or trading activities.

• Advertising, promoting, or offering products or services using the LIGHTNING ARNIS® brand.

• Creating websites, social media accounts, hastags, domain names, or marketing materials that are likely to cause confusion with the LIGHTNING ARNIS™ trademark.

• Selling merchandise or training materials bearing the LIGHTNING ARNIS™  trademark without authorisation.
